Data Scan Preamble Length |
(Data Profiles, General) |
![]()
Selects a number that determines the length of time that Data Scan Preambles are transmitted by the radio. The number selected is multiplied by 100 to give the preamble time in milliseconds. These Data Scan Preambles allow transmitting and receiving radios to synchronize with each other, and are therefore transmitted just prior to transmitting conventional packet data. This selection applies for the current Conventional - Data Profile.
